- 12 oz. of silken tofu
- 3 Tablespoons cocoa powder
- 3 Tablespoons zero-calorie sweetener
- 2 Tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt (unless peanut butter is already salted)
Puree all items in a food processor until smooth. That’s it!
