Chocolate Peanut Butter Pudding

  • 12 oz. of silken tofu
  • 3 Tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 Tablespoons zero-calorie sweetener
  • 2 Tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt (unless peanut butter is already salted)

Puree all items in a food processor until smooth. That’s it!

For this nutritional content, I used Mori-Nu Silken Tofu Lite Firm and Adam’s All-Natural Peanut Butter
